Asteroid Alert! 530 feet huge space rock is coming close to earth today, what havoc will it wreak?

Asteroids are approaching Earth. In recent months, we’ve seen several rocky storms pass by our planet. Many of these were included in the ‘potentially dangerous’ category. Now another asteroid is approaching Earth. As this is a matter of concern, NASA has once again issued an alert. This warning is about the size of the incoming asteroid. Asteroid 2005 LW3 is 530 feet in size, which could destroy our Earth. Let us know the main details of this case.

NASA’s Planetary Defense Coordination Office Warning has announced that a giant asteroid is heading towards Earth today. Worryingly, it will come very close to our planet. Asteroids approaching Earth at a distance of 8 million kilometers or less are placed in the ‘Potentially Hazardous’ category. If these rocky storms form or get caught in our planet’s gravitational field, they can hit Earth and cause great havoc.

Asteroid 2005 LW3 is included in the category of such asteroids. Today i.e. November 23, it will come closest to Earth. After that, the distance between the two will be only 11 lakh kilometers. It is a large asteroid. Its size is estimated to be 426 feet to 918 feet. According to NASA, the asteroid is traveling at a speed of 48580 kilometers per hour.

According to media reports, this asteroid belongs to the Apollo group. It was discovered on 5 June 2005. It takes 625 days to complete one revolution of the sun. When asteroid 2005 LW3 orbits the Sun, its maximum distance from the Sun is 313 million kilometers and its closest distance is 115 million kilometers.

Asteroids are also called asteroids. Just as all the planets in our solar system revolve around the sun, so do asteroids. Asteroids are rocky remnants left over from the early formation of our solar system about 4.6 billion years ago. Scientists have discovered 11 lakh 13 thousand 527 asteroids so far. NASA has alerted about Asteroid 2005 LW3. Although it is unlikely to hit Earth.
